Creator Third-Party Integration
Creators already live on social platforms. Sole designer on the integration connecting Amazon Storefronts to Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook: posts import daily, products auto-tag to the catalog, and cross-promotion became a default instead of a chore.
The Challenge
The old integration was a link list. Creators could connect their accounts, but the connection did nothing: no content, no sync, no commerce. Social lived somewhere else, and Creators published everywhere by hand while their Storefronts went stale between visits.
The Bet
Creators keep their preferred platforms no matter what Amazon builds. Meeting them there earns adoption instead of competing for it. Connect Storefronts to the channels where Creators already live, and cross-promotion turns from a chore into a default, pulling that audience back to Amazon.
The design work, from the first import flow through the shipped sync experience, sits below. It’s password-protected out of respect for Amazon’s work; the password is in my applications, or reach out and I’ll send it over.

Reflections
Most platform integrations are extractive, pulling value out of the partner. This one is reciprocal: the Creator stays active on their platforms because staying active now costs nothing extra, so partner engagement rises while Amazon’s catalog converts. The best ecosystem design makes every side glad it exists.
